Defining of research

Second hand research: evaluates published masterials in scientific, academic and professional journals.  This has been actively ongoing since January of 2004.

First hand research: requires actual test subjects in an expeirimental setting using the scientific method.  This is proposed in recovery psychology already.  This follows the assertion that "recovery" can be observed, measured and quantified as a behavior.  That if given the resources and the goal of looking for recovery behavior in situations that promote recovery from psychological disorders, it would be found.
